Barber took victory in her battle against Miranda Maverick on UFC on ESPN, Sandhagen Dillashaw. Barber defeated Montana De La Rosa in UFC Fight Night 205, on April 23rd 2022. The match ended in a unanimous win. Barber was a fighter against Jessica Eye in UFC 276 on July 2 the 2nd of July, 2022. Barber was replaced by Casey O'Neill. The match was also decided by unanimous decision. This was her final fight with UFC. Then, later in the same year, Barber signed another contract. Barber beat Andrea Lee in her last fight on 25th march 2023 during UFC Fight Night Vera-Sandhagen by the majority of a victory.
